RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ESSENTIALITY COLLECTIONS, LLC

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 14 Days to return or exchange your order. 

Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Essentiality Collections LLC made an error leading to the customer needing to return items. No refunds on CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE ITEMS. Store credit only. (see below exchange and return)

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.




Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  No signs of wear and tear or damages, stains, smells of any deodorants or perfumes, foul odors or laundering. All tags and labels intact and attached to items. (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of Essentiality Collections LLC, receiving the package. If 10 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first.

After 14 days of delivery of your tracked item, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.




Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at info@essentialitycollections.com



Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within in 14 days of receipt of tracked items *No signs of wear and tear, damages, stains, smells of any deodorants, perfumes, foul odors or laundering. All tags and labels intact and attached to items. (if applicable)



Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned

Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.

Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery or compression socks, hats, headbands or hair accessories, may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.




ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a paid order up to 8 hours after purchase during business hours, during Monday-Friday (excluding the holiday or weekends) no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your order after 8 hours have gone by of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a refund until the items have shipped to you and you have gone through the process of our RETURN POLICY (See above).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CENTRAL on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Keep in mind we are closed and do not process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or Major Holidays.




GENERAL SHIPPING/ ORDER PROCESS

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CENTRAL.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central, will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays)

Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24-48 hours to process the actual payment.

Then your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner).
