SHIPPING

Processing is 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central.  Items are shipped out within 3-5  business days after processing. No orders will be processed during major holidays or weekends.  If an order is placed during holidays the order will be processed on the next open business day. Items typically arrives within 7-10 business days, after confirmation email is received. If items are out of stock or on back order, it can take longer (4-6 weeks).

*Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with the tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items.

If items are not received within 7 days of tracking, please contact the carrier with the number provided.  Packages such as customs or postal delays may be faced with delays beyond our control.  Still send us and email to inform us of the situation for reference only.
